A resident of the Far Eastern Federal District and the Arctic Zone of the Russian Federation's preferential regimes has been included in the ranking of Russia's most socially responsible developers

The “Expert” Analytical Center has published a ranking of socially responsible developers in Russia. “Samolet” Group emerged as the leader. The developer is constructing modern residential neighborhoods using tax incentives and preferences in the Arctic Zone of the Russian Federation (AZRF) and the “Transbaikal” and “Sakhalin” ASEZ’s. The microdistrict projects in Chita and Korsakov are being implemented as part of the “Far Eastern Quarter” program developed by the Ministry for the Development of the Russian Far East and the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC). The ranking was compiled considering the scale of social facilities commissioned and the companies' contributions to regional development.

"When working with developers, the Corporation always selects partners with the relevant expertise and high construction standards. “Samolet” Group, a leader in the ranking of socially responsible developers, demonstrates the effectiveness of this approach. The new residential complexes “Kolskie Ogni” (“Kola Lights”), “Ryabinovaya Roshcha” (“Rowan Grove”), and “Serdtse Sakhalina” (“Heart of Sakhalin”) will rightfully become an example of a comfortable urban environment. As part of the “Far Eastern Quarter” program, the developer has been provided with sites for project implementation. In turn, resident status in preferential regimes allows investors to take advantage of government support measures and receive tax and administrative preferences. FEDC provides comprehensive support to investors' projects at all stages of their implementation," commented Sergey Skaly, FEDC Deputy General Director for Investment Project Support.
