The “Severprodtorg” company, as a resident of the Arctic Zone of the Russian Federation (AZRF), designed a mobile autonomous complex with a bakery and a café. Under an agreement with the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC), the investor invested 19 million rubles. The pilot project is already operating in the Nenets Autonomous District.
"Mobile complexes for social needs and leisure with a cafe and bakery have been developed for hard-to-reach areas of the Arctic. These are modular autonomous 24-hour bakeries and cafes, where a wide range of socially significant goods is presented at an affordable price. First of all, these are freshly baked bread and confectionery products. We designed a pilot complex for the Nenets Autonomous District," said Andrey Khmelevskoy, CEO of “Severprodtorg” LLC.
According to the company's director, the complexes will be useful in the Arctic: they are mobile, autonomous, compact and multifunctional: the premises can be used as bakeries, cafes, multifunctional warehouses, and refrigeration complexes. The complex was created using energy-saving technologies, has a modern design and does not generate waste. The equipment is designed to produce more than 20 types of drinks and more than 100 types of bakery products. Due to its modularity and scalability, the complex can serve hard-to-reach settlements with a population of 50 to 40,000 people, selling more than 10,000 units of products per year.
