An AZRF resident is expanding a fast-food outlet in Anadyr

In 2025, Eduard Ten—an individual entrepreneur and resident of the Arctic Zone of the Russian Federation (AZRF)—successfully launched the "Studencheskoye" modular café and is now expanding his business in the city of Anadyr, Chukotka Autonomous District. The project was implemented with the help of state support measures under an agreement with the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC). The total investment in the project amounted to 3.28 million rubles.

As part of the project, a modular building on a pile foundation was erected, and utility connections for electricity, water supply, wastewater disposal, and heating were established.

The Arctic Zone of the Russian Federation is the country's largest territory subject to a special economic regime. Residents of the zone benefit from a range of tax and administrative incentives, including preferential rates for certain taxes, subsidies for insurance contributions related to new jobs, access to the free customs zone procedure, the allocation of state- or municipally-owned land without competitive bidding, and other support measures.
