Resident of the Arctic Zone of the Russian Federation will build a residential complex with 310 apartments in Murmansk

The “Severnoye Siyanie” ("Northern lights”) company, a resident of the Arctic Zone of the Russian Federation (AZRF), will build a residential complex consisting of two 16-story buildings with 310 apartments in Murmansk by 2027. Under an agreement with the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC), the investor is investing more than 1.1 billion rubles in the project to create affordable and high-quality housing. The project includes the construction of a separate two-level parking lot for 128 cars. "The buildings have everything for the comfort of residents: commercial premises for business on the ground floors, landscaped courtyards without cars, modern children's and sports grounds, landscaped gardening, recreation areas. The residential complex is located in an area of ​​the city with well-developed infrastructure and convenient transportation links," said Oleg Leukhin, manager of SZ “Severnoye Siyanie” LLC (“InterStroy” Group of Companies).
