A resident of the Russian Arctic will build an all-season camp site for guests of a ski resort in the Murmansk region

A new resident of the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation (AZRF), the “Eco-Gas” company will build a tourist base between the cities of Apatity and Kirovsk in the Murmansk region. Under an agreement with the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC), the volume of investment in the project will amount to more than 10 million rubles; the opening of the campsite is scheduled for 2026. A resident of the Russian Arctic plans to build ten houses equipped with everything necessary for guests to stay, a bathhouse and an administrative building. The new campsite will receive guests from ski resorts in the neighboring city of Kirovsk in winter, and tourists going on hikes to the Khibiny Mountains in the summer.
