Resident of the Arctic Zone of the Russian Federation will build a park-hotel with 26 rooms on the banks of the Northern Dvina in the Arkhangelsk Region

A resident of the Arctic Zone of the Russian Federation (AZRF), the company "Park-hotel Psarevo", will build a park-hotel on the bank of the Northern Dvina in the Arkhangelsk region. The facility is planned to open in the 3rd quarter of 2027. Under an agreement with the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC), the investor is investing 48.3 million rubles in the project. The tourist complex will include 10 French-style houses with a capacity of up to 4 people, a camping hotel with buildings for 4 and 12 rooms, a restaurant, a park area, camping and barbecue areas. Work is planned to improve the coastal area and plant greenery.
