“Dion” LLC, as a resident of the Arctic Zone of the Russian Federation (AZRF), will build a shopping center in the city of Severodvinsk in the Arkhangelsk Region by 2028 under an agreement with the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC). The investor plans to invest 551 million rubles in the project.
It is planned that the two-story shopping center with a parking lot for 150 cars will serve up to 3 thousand people per day. The retail space will be leased, including to federal chains.
