Resident of the Arctic Zone of the Russian Federation built a complex for gastronomic tourists on the coast of the Barents Sea

A resident of the Arctic Zone of the Russian Federation (AZRF), the company "Severnaya Usadba Rybaka", under an agreement with the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC), has completed the first stage of construction of a tourist complex in the Pechenga District of the Murmansk Region. At the beginning of 2025, four guest houses and a restaurant will become available to travelers. "Severnaya Usadba Rybaka" invested 43 million rubles in the project. The company is already preparing for the implementation of the second stage of the project, the construction of three more guest houses and a bath complex. Currently, the land plot planning scheme is being approved by the Pechenga District Administration, after which it will be possible to draw up a lease agreement and begin construction work.
