A resident of the Russian Arctic opened a year-round country hotel in the Arctic style in the Murmansk region

The “Studeny Bereg” (“Frozen coast”) company built a year-round country hotel in the modern Arctic style in the Murmansk Region and began to receive tourists. The new hospitality facility is located on the banks of the Titovka River and has its own exit to the Barents Sea. The project was implemented in the status of a resident of the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation (AZRF), under an agreement with the Corporation for the Development of the Far East and the Arctic (FEDC); the investor invested more than 150 million rubles and created 25 jobs. 12 chalets ranging from 35 to 65 sq. meters with panoramic windows and terraces are decorated using natural materials and furnished with designer furniture made of special woods. About 50 people can stay at the “Titovka Arctic River Park” Country Hotel year-round and around the clock in the all-inclusive mode. Guests are provided with a transfer from Murmansk airport and entertainment: catching cod, flounder and catfish, photo hunting for whales on board a speedboat or a small fishing seiner, hiking trails or quad biking along the rocky shores of Motovsky Bay.
