LLC "Family Clinic" - AZRF resident opened the first private clinic in Arkhangelsk, operating under the Compulsory Healthcare Insurance (CHI). “The Government of the Russian Federation is taking the necessary measures on a daily basis to resolve the situation - to stabilize the market and support domestic business. It is necessary to understand how we can support the economy of the Far East, assist investors, ensure market stability; but at the same time, support the population: ensure food security, the availability of necessary goods, and provide material support. At the same time, it is necessary to find the advantages that arise in the current situation for development of industries, building of new industries and growing up of new economic competencies,” Yury Trutnev opened the meeting.

The Government of the Russian Federation, together with the Far Eastern regions, constantly monitors the consumer market of the Far East. In each region of the Far Eastern Federal District, corresponding headquarters headed by the governor has been established.

Issues of increasing the cost of a number of goods and pricing mechanisms were discussed. It was noted that in a number of regions an increase in freight transportation prices takes place. Yury Trutnev instructed the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia, Ministry of Transport of Russia, Ministry for the Development of the Russian Far East and Arctic to analyze the explicability of growth in the cost of transporting goods and the pricing mechanism. The Deputy Prime Minister also appealed to Deputy Prosecutor General of Russia Dmitry Demeshin with a request to carry out appropriate supervision of cargo transportation.

The issues of goods transportation along the Northern Sea Route were considered. The governors raised questions of planning and control of deliveries to provide the population of the northern territories with vital goods. Yury Trutnev instructed the Ministry for the Development of the Russian Far East and Arctic to submit proposals for subsidizing interest rates on loans raised for the purposes of Northern Delivery.

Special attention was paid to providing assistance to agricultural producers. In particular, Yury Trutnev instructed the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia, Ministry for the Development of the Russian Far East and Arctic, together with interested federal executive bodies, to submit proposals for increasing the state order for food supplies, including fish products and grain, for state needs (schools, kindergartens, hospitals, etc.).

The agenda of the meeting included issues related to the work of banks in terms of financing the investment projects. The Central Bank of Russia was recommended to take measures to prevent credit institutions from raising rates on previously concluded loan agreements.
