A resident of the Arctic Zone of the Russian Federation will open production of asphalt concrete mixtures for highways

“Paritet” LLC, a new resident of the Arctic Zone of the Russian Federation (AZRF), will begin producing road mixes in Apatity, Murmansk Region, under an agreement with the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC). Investment in the plant totals 31.3 million rubles.

At maximum capacity, the plant will be able to produce up to 40,000 tons of asphalt concrete materials per year, with revenues reaching 440 million rubles, explained entrepreneur and CEO of “Paritet”, Sergei Korovin. "The preferences we enjoy as a resident of the Arctic Zone of the Russian Federation, along with the assistance and support from the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation and the regional leadership, will allow us to significantly reduce the investment project's implementation timeline," he emphasized. "Production is a complex, multi-layered process consisting of numerous interconnected chains, from supply chains to quality control. Establishing work processes and implementing business planning are essential components of a successful launch. FEDC provides us with methodological assistance in these areas."
