AZRF resident ready to produce concrete material for construction projects in Severodvinsk

AZRF resident, Modern Building Materials Plant, has built a plant in Severodvinsk and is ready to start production of reinforced concrete products and ready-mix concrete. A wide range of products – supports for power lines, piles, and road slabs – are in demand in the region, where various facilities are being actively built. The project was carried out under an agreement with the Russian Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC).

The company is located in Severodvinsk, near the Arkhangelsk highway. The plant has already installed and assembled a formwork-free shaping line for six tracks with a metal coating, each 100 m long, and a free molding stand designed for the production of the main range of reinforced concrete products needed in the region. After acceptance by the technical control department, the finished products are transported to the finished goods warehouse on a self-propelled trolley and delivered to customers.

In total, the company is designed to produce 28,000 cubic meters of reinforced concrete products and 40,000 cubic meters of ready-mix concrete of any formula annually,” said Andrey Tyuryapin, General Director of Modern Building Materials Plant LLC.

The volume of private investments amounted to about 260 million rubles. These funds were used to build the factory buildings and finished products warehouse, purchase technological equipment and machinery, lay out the land and create infrastructure.
