Individual entrepreneur Yaroslav Mironenko, with the status of a resident of the Arctic Zone of the Russian Federation (AZRF), is organizing the production of camouflage kits in the city of Kandalaksha in the Murmansk Region. The company's products will be in demand among farmers, hunters and fishermen. The production capacity is 5,450 camouflage kits per year. Under the agreement with the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC), the investor will invest 2.5 million rubles. Production will begin in February 2025.

Residents of the Arctic Zone of the Russian Federation in the Murmansk Region are not subject to land tax for 3 years and property tax for 5 years. The Far East and Arctic Development Corporation subsidizes 75% of insurance premiums for 10 years of residency. During the first 5 years, the income tax rate is 5%, from the fifth to the tenth year - 10%.
