A resident of the Arctic Zone of the Russian Federation will be able to accommodate 3,500 tourists per year in a new hotel that is being built in Kirovsk, Murmansk Region

The company "NASEVEREZHIT", a resident of the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation (AZRF), will open a three-star hotel with 22 rooms in the city of Kirovsk in the Murmansk region. Under an agreement with the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC), the investor is investing 71 million rubles. The new hospitality facility is planned to be put into operation in the fall of 2025. "The hotel will qualitatively diversify the offer of accommodation facilities at the Bolshoy Vudyavr ski resort: there are few hotels in Kirovsk that have 3 stars or higher. The resort is visited by more and more vacationers, and there is a demand for comfortable and modern hotels on their part. We plan to receive up to 3.5 thousand guests per year," said the company's director, Evgeny Telitsyn. The future hotel will occupy the floor of an existing building in the city center. Alexander Shutov, Director of the FEDC Murmansk: "Tourism in the Murmansk Region is actively developing and is an important area of growth for the region's economy. The Far East and Arctic Development Corporation supports businesses in this and other sectors by providing tax incentives, administrative and consulting support."
