Xing Shujie, General Manager of the “Xuan Yuan” Group's Major Projects Center, spoke about the new investment project, "Rope Express," which involves the construction of a low-altitude cross-border logistics system for transporting coal from Russia to China in one of the Far Eastern regions. The express train's core architecture is based on high-strength composite steel cables as a supporting structure, creating an all-weather transport corridor. Its fully enclosed operation is unaffected by climate change and does not pollute the environment. The system will consist of automated monorail transport modules and be powered by solar and wind energy.
"Our main goal here is to create long-term and successful commercial projects and to facilitate investment from China for industrial and technological development. We expect to create approximately 10,000 new jobs, and several projects are currently in the development stage, which will positively impact the region's economic growth. The Amur Region is a key region in the Far East, offering unique benefits and preferences for business owners, which is crucial for rapid growth and the implementation of new technologies," noted Xing Shujie.
