The implementation of the Far Eastern Federal District's largest investment project is accelerating with the support of the FEDC

Construction of the Nakhodka Mineral Fertilizer Plant (NMFP) in the “Nakhodka” ASEZ is progressing at an accelerating pace. Construction of buildings and structures is in the active phase, equipment installation is ongoing, and steel structures for the country's future industrial giant are being erected. Representatives of the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC) assessed the project's progress during a working visit to the plant.

Over the past year, significant changes have taken place at the construction site: the plant's infrastructure has been prepared, over two hundred pieces of plant equipment have been installed, foundation work is ongoing, and concreting of the marine terminal's hydraulic structure has been completed. All of this is the result of the combined efforts of the region's leading companies. NMFP has signed contracts with dozens of local companies, thereby providing stable employment for several thousand employees of these organizations.

"Today, NMFP is one of the three largest investment projects in the Far East and one of the ten in Russia as a whole. Furthermore, after the launch of production, we will become the largest employer in Nakhodka, with a total workforce of over 1,500. As is currently the case, local specialists will be a priority. This is the foundation of our HR policy. Furthermore, such a large-scale production facility for the region where we operate also means tax revenues," said NZFP Executive Director Viktor Grebenyukov.

Private investment in the construction of NMFP totals 227 billion rubles, approximately half of which has already been invested. The company's contribution to the Nakhodka economy allows for increased investment in the development of Primorye's third-largest city. In 2024, 47.7 billion rubles were invested in fixed assets.
