The development of individual housing construction in the Far East was discussed at the EEF

As part of the business program of the VIII Eastern Economic Forum in Vladivostok, a session “Far Eastern Land: my home is my fortress” was held on the development of individual housing construction in the macroregion. The discussion was attended by Deputy Minister of the Russian Federation for the Development of the Far East and the Arctic Elvira Nurgalieva, Managing Director for the Far East of “DOM.RF” JSC Alexander Levintal, Director of Mortgage Lending and Services Development “Domklik” PJSC Sberbank Marina Koroleva, Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Committee of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation for the development of the Far East and the Arctic Valentina Pivnenko, First Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) Kirill Bychkov, General Director of the “DNS Development” Group Andrey Artamonov, as well as participants in the “Far Eastern Hectare” program. At the session, it was noted that more than 118 thousand citizens have already received land plots in the Far East under the “Hectare” program. The most popular scenario for developing a hectare is building a house or dacha (48%). The majority of potential hectare recipients would like to live in a private house in the future: 77% among residents of the Far East and 86% among residents of other regions.
