The distribution of rental housing in the regions of the Far Eastern Federal District and the provision of subsidies to investors in the Far East for reimbursement of costs during the construction of infrastructure were discussed at a meeting of the Presidium of the Government Commission on the socio-economic development of the Far East, chaired by Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation - Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the Far East Federal District Yury Trutnev.
The distribution of the number of rental apartments between the regions of the Far Eastern Federal District took into account the applications of the regions themselves, the ratio of apartments and the population, the readiness to start creating a housing stock by the construction complexes of the regions, the prospects for launching new investment projects and the need to attract specialists from other regions of the country. It was decided to allocate the following number of rental apartments in the regions of the Far Eastern Federal District: 531 rental apartments in Primorye, 1648 - in the Khabarovsk Region, 850 - in Yakutia, 827 - in Transbaikalia, 300 - in Buryatia, 2072 - in the Amur Region, 1152 - in the Sakhalin Region, 686 - in Kamchatka, 495 - in the Jewish Autonomous Region, 1073 - in the Magadan region, 366 - in Chukotka.
