Working trip of the head of the Ministry of Eastern Development Alexey Chekunkov to Yamal
Minister for the Development of the Far East and Arctic Alexey Chekunkov visited the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug on a working trip.
In Salekhard, the head of the Ministry of Eastern Development of Russia, together with the Governor of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug Dmitry Artyukhov, visited the construction site of the new residential microdistrict "Obdorsky", opened the "Year of the Family" in Yamal, and held a meeting on the development of master plans for key settlements in the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation.
The “Obdorsky” microdistrict is the largest integrated development project in Yamal. More than three dozen apartment buildings of varying number of floors with 4.6 thousand apartments are being built here. At the same time, social infrastructure is being created - kindergartens, schools, a shopping and entertainment center, a quantorium. Some apartments in new buildings are transferred for resettlement of emergency funds.
Modern technologies for ensuring safety and comfort will be tested in the new microdistrict - smart lighting and energy-saving equipment, video surveillance systems, intercom panels with a built-in surveillance system and the ability to receive calls through a Unified mobile application, sockets for heating cars, weather monitoring.
