A new resident of the “Khabarovsk” ASEZ will build a poultry farm with a capacity of 40,000 tons of finished products in Khabarovsk Region.

“Khabarovsk Broiler” company has become the newest resident of the “Khabarovsk” ASEZ. The investor plans to build a full-cycle poultry farm with a capacity of 50,000 tons of live weight per year, or approximately 40,000 tons of finished poultry meat. Under an agreement with the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC), the project will invest over 13 billion rubles and create over 1,090 jobs. The plant will be built using modern advanced raw material processing technologies developed by domestic specialists. Commissioning is scheduled for 2028.

According to Sergei Scaliy, Deputy Director General for Investment Project Support at the FEDC, agriculture is among priority spheres for companies - residents of the Far East preferential regimes. 153 projects in agriculture and food production are being implemented through state support measures within the Russian Federation's priority development areas - ASEZ, FPV, and Arctic Zone of the Russian Federation. Businesses have already invested over 100 billion rubles in these projects and created 12,500 jobs. Seventy-three projects have been launched, while the remaining ones are in the equipment acquisition, construction, installation, and land registration stages. State support measures help residents complete their projects on time, operate efficiently, and grow during the operational phase.
