Industrial Park "Kadalinsky" in the "Zabaikalye" ASEZ will start operating in the 4th quarter of 2025

The Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC) continues construction of the “Kadalinsky” industrial park in the "Zabaikalye" ASEZ. Installation and finishing work is underway inside three industrial buildings with a total area of ​​6.2 thousand square meters. Three buildings have already been connected to the heat supply. In the fourth building - administrative - work is underway to install a heating system, install insulation and finish the facade. FEDC will provide production and administrative areas with the necessary infrastructure to residents of the priority development area for preferential rent to create new enterprises for the production of import-substituting products. As stated by the Director of the FEDC “Zabaikalye” Dina Arkhipenko, the construction work is planned to be fully completed in November 2025. The new Industrial Park will be equipped with all the necessary infrastructure for the rapid start of new production. The facility is conveniently located in close proximity to the federal highway and railway line, which will make it possible to reduce business costs for logistics and increase the efficiency of receiving raw materials and sending finished products.
