FEDC “Amurskaya” (a subsidiary of the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation) and “Xuan Yuan” Corporation agreed at the EEF-2024 to create an industrial park for the production of high-tech equipment within the framework of the International Priority Development Area (IPDA) in the Amur Region. The volume of investment in the project is estimated at more than 10 billion rubles.
"The construction of an industrial park for the production of high-tech equipment is planned at the “Rovnoe” site within the framework of the IPDA. The preferential regime will begin operating in 2025 and will provide residents with the most favorable conditions for the implementation of projects with high added value: improved tax incentives and a special regime for control and supervisory and urban development activities, the use of a free customs zone procedure, additional guarantees of stability and confidentiality," said Irina Volkova, Director of the FEDC “Amurskaya”.
