The complex for the production of water sports equipment in the city of Vladivostok will be built by the “Molokai” company in the status of a resident of the Free Port of Vladivostok (FPV). The project is aimed at producing high-quality SAP boards and related products that replace imports. Sales are scheduled to start in the first quarter of 2028, and production capacity will allow for the production of up to 3,600 SAP boards per year. The investor is investing 57.7 million rubles in the construction of the production complex under an agreement with the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC).
The complex will include a modern production workshop with an area of 1,500 sq. m and an administrative building of 350 sq. m. The “Molokai” company will focus on the production of two-layer SAP boards, which are highly reliable. Advanced technologies and modern equipment will be used for production, including an industrial 3D printer, a machine for precise PVC cutting and a heat press for soldering.
The creation of the complex will provide 14 new jobs. The start of product sales is planned for the first quarter of 2028. The project includes landscaping of the territory, including the construction of roads, recreation areas for employees and green spaces.
