The new resident of the priority development area “Khabarovsk” will start manufacturing metal products for industry and medicine using laser equipment.
The “Svarog-DV” company, as a resident of the “Khabarovsk” ASEZ, is implementing a project to organize the production of metal products on a laser machine. The workshop is scheduled to be commissioned in the 4th quarter of 2026; it will be located on the “Rakitnoye” investment site. The main customers of the products manufactured on high-precision equipment will be industrial enterprises and medical institutions. According to the agreement with the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC), the resident invests 22.3 million rubles in the project.
The main clients of the new enterprise will be companies from Khabarovsk Region interested in manufacturing parts and structures of complex shapes and high quality. With the development of business, the resident of the priority development area plans to integrate into the cooperation and production chains of regional business, which will ensure a stable flow of orders.
“Tax breaks and administrative preferences will help the new resident implement their project within the planned time frame and surely work at the operational stage - reduced insurance premiums from 30% to 7.6% for 10 years, zero property and profit taxes for the first 5 years and other benefits and preferences. For the construction of buildings and structures, FEDC provided the company "Svarog-DV" with a land plot for preferential lease, comprehensively supports the project, and provides the necessary services.
