The production of paper products will be launched in Vladivostok by a new resident of the Free Port of Vladivostok in 2025

Under an agreement with the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC), the “VINTEKA” company will invest 3.5 million rubles in the creation of a paper and cardboard production workshop with the status of a resident of the Free Port of Vladivostok (FPV). The new enterprise, located in Vladivostok, will produce up to 40 thousand bobbins, spools, and other paper products monthly. The commissioning of the production is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2025

"We will produce the most important component for packaging polymer films. The products are intended for film manufacturers who need a base for winding and transporting them. The project is especially important due to its import-substituting nature. Currently, such products are not manufactured in Primorsky Region, and their delivery from other regions of the country is not always economically advantageous for local enterprises. The launch of the workshop will provide Far Eastern manufacturers with high-quality and affordable packaging," said Alexander Vigovsky, General Director of the “VINTEKA” LLC.

According to him, the most important for new production are zero taxes on profit and property, which are provided for 5 years, and insurance premiums reduced from 30% to 7.6% for 10 years. The FPV regime will help the company achieve payback in a short time and develop successfully.
