The “Priority 2030. Far East” program helps the Admiral G.I. Nevelskoy State Maritime University develop engineering and technological projects for the maritime industry

Gasan Gasanbalaev, Deputy Director General for Social Development at the FEDC, visited the Admiral G.I. Nevelskoy Maritime State University, where he learned about the university's projects under the "Priority 2030. Far East" program. During a meeting with Rector Denis Burov, the university's developments in marine robotics, unmanned technologies, digital navigation, and engineering training for the maritime industry were presented.

During the working meeting, special attention was paid to applied scientific and technological areas aimed at developing the Northern Sea Route (NSR), transport logistics, and offshore and Arctic projects. Representatives of the FEDC were presented with developments in the fields of marine robotics, autonomous navigation, unmanned aircraft systems for maritime use, and robotic systems. Following the meeting, the parties agreed on further cooperation between the FEDC and Admiral G.I. Nevelskoy Maritime State University within the framework of the "Priority 2030. Far East" program, as well as on assistance from regional development institutions to the university's development. Furthermore, joint work will continue to utilize the university's scientific and technological potential in projects aimed at developing the transport and industrial infrastructure of the Far East and the Arctic.
