The Hektar program develops domestic tourism in the Amur region

Entrepreneur Alexander Motorov built the “Tom” recreation center in the Amur region on land received under the “Hectare” program. The new recreation facility is located 1 km from the village of Nikolskoye, Belogorsk district, and has already gained popularity among local residents, lovers of nature and outdoor activities. The camp site operates year-round. Alexander Motorov spoke about the history of his project to the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC). “The “Tom” camp site was named after the river on the banks of which it is located,” says Alexander Motorov. – Today, on the territory of the base there are 4 warm guest houses, a bathhouse, 16 gazebos, an outdoor Siberian bathhouse and a children's playground. In the summer, guests of the base relax on the river bank, go boating, play outdoor sports, cook barbecue in the barbecue area, and spend time in gazebos and summer tents. People come to us for a day or several days, and family “weekend tours” are also popular. According to Alexander, he registered the land under the “Hectare” program in 2022. Today he has 5 hectares at his disposal. On two of them there is a campsite "Tom", on the rest of the territory preparatory work is underway for new construction: the base will be expanded.
