Master plan projects for cities in the Amur Region and the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) were reviewed at an investment council in Moscow

A meeting of the investment council on off-budget projects for long-term comprehensive development plans for the Amur Region and the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) was held in Moscow under the chairmanship of the Ministry for the Development of the Russian Far East and the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC).

Participants discussed the implementation of key infrastructure projects and initiatives within the master plans for the cities of Tynda, Blagoveshchensk, Belogorsk, Svobodny, Yakutsk, and Neryungri. Each project was reviewed in terms of government support measures and assistance provided by the FEDC, the potential for attracting private investment, administrative support, and accelerating the completion of projects on schedule.

Representatives of the Ministry for the Development of the Russian Far East, the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation, and regional ministries and agencies participated in the meeting. Twenty-two off-budget projects from the Amur Region and 26 from the Sakha Republic (Yakutia) were reviewed. These projects were approved by the Russian Government Decree "On Approval of Long-Term Plans for the Comprehensive Socioeconomic Development of Several Metropolitan Areas through 2030," with investment volumes of approximately 69 billion and 424 billion rubles, respectively.
