The project of the Kamchatka Territory "Affordable Fish" will become a federal-scale project

Governor of the Kamchatka Territory Vladimir Solodov and First Deputy of the Ministry for the Development of the Far East Gadzhimagomed Huseynov, together with federal retail chains (Lenta, VkusVill, Hyperglobus, Food Team) and Chairman of the Rybny Soyuz Alexander Panin, signed an agreement to increase the availability and quality of basic types of fish products for the population through direct supplies from manufacturers. The document was signed on June 15 at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum. The agreement provides for an experiment on the supply of fish products to the central part of Russia and the organization of its sale in retail chains at prices controlled by the project participants. In the Far East, the regional government, together with interested fishermen, is implementing socially oriented programs aimed at providing the citizens of the Far East with affordable and high-quality fish. The task of the new project is to extend the effect of these programs to the central part of the country and build a system for the supply of fish products with a limited trade margin.
