"Priority-2030. Far East": Yakutia launches the "Master of Management in Creative Industries" program for the first time

The Arctic State Institute of Culture and Arts (ASICA) and the Higher School of Innovative Management under the Head of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), with the support of the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC), are launching a professional retraining program, "Master of Management in Creative Industries," as part of the implementation of the “Priority 2030. Far East” program (national project "Youth and Children"). According to the decree of the head of Yakutia, Aisen Nikolaev, the main goals for the development of the region's creative economy are to increase the number of residents employed in the creative industries to 70 thousand people by 2030.

Classes will be taught by specialists in the fields of management, economics, project activities and cultural policy. The educational program consists of six modules, including the basics of management in the creative economy, regional and municipal management, and territorial development through culture. Students will conduct project work, learn effective communications and team building.

Upon completion of the training, graduates will receive a diploma of professional retraining in the direction of "Management" and a certificate of advanced training, which will allow them to apply for management positions in cultural institutions, government bodies and creative businesses. The target audience of the program is managers and specialists of state and municipal institutions, state and municipal employees, entrepreneurs and representatives of creative businesses, as well as anyone planning a management career in the field of culture and creative industries.
