"Priority 2030. Far East". On Russia Day, the musical culture of the northern Sakha will be presented in Moscow for the first time

The Arctic State Institute of Culture and Arts (ASICA), a participant in the “Priority 2030. Far East” university development program, will present the musical culture of the northern Sakha in Moscow for the first time. A unique lecture-demonstration "Degeren. Songs of the Northern Sakha" will take place on Russia Day, June 12, on the stage of the “Bryusov Hall” theater and concert hall as part of the XXIII International Music Festival "Universe of Sound". ASICA is the only regional university in Russia that trains personnel in the field of culture and arts for the largest region in the country – the North-East of the Arctic zone of Russia. ASICA’s strategic development project is called “Cultural Code of the Arctic: Creative School of the Future” and is aimed at preserving the cultural heritage of the peoples of the North and creating an attractive cultural environment in the region. The Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC) actively supports the university and its projects within the framework of the “Priority 2030. Far East” program.
