The second stream of the professional retraining program for film industry personnel was launched with the support of the FEDC

The second cohort of the professional retraining program "Film Production: From Concept to Premiere" has launched at the Far Eastern Federal University (FEFU). Over the course of three months, participants will undergo intensive training under the guidance of film industry experts. The program is being implemented in collaboration with the Ministry of Economic Development of Primorsky Region and with the support of the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC), the "My Business" Center, and the Arctic State Institute of Culture and Arts. The program is being implemented as part of the Consortium for the Development of Education, Science, and Innovation in Creative Industries in the Far East, which aims to unite the efforts of universities, businesses, and regional governments. Vladimir Putin emphasized that the government will actively support rapidly growing sectors of the creative economy, including science, culture, art, and creativity. Priority areas include architecture, design, film, music, publishing, and software development. This year, participants will be able to complete the "Script Master" and "Gaffer Basics" programs free of charge. Twenty-five budget-funded seats have been allocated for the project.
