Entrepreneurs from the Far East and the Arctic are summing up the first results of their participation in the “Growth Platform” program

On July 21, 2025, the "Growth Platform" program, aimed at developing small and medium-sized businesses, was officially launched in the Far East and Arctic. The project is being implemented in the region by RVB (the United Company of Wildberries and Russ) jointly with the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC). To date, 30 regional entrepreneurs from Primorye to Chukotka, including residents of preferential regimes, have joined the "Growth Platform."

A total of 65 applications were received for participation in the program. The most active were entrepreneurs from Primorsky Region (24 applications), the Sakha Republic (Yakutia) (9 applications), and Kamchatka Region (6 applications). A total of 30 companies were selected. Participants included entrepreneurs from the Zabaikalsky, Khabarovsky, Amur, Sakhalin and Arkhangelsk Regions, the Jewish Autonomous and the Chukotka Autonomous Districts.

"Participation in the Growth Platform has opened up new opportunities for entrepreneurs in the Far East and the Arctic, including 11 residents of priority development areas, the Free Port of Vladivostok, and the Arctic Zone of the Russian Federation, to scale their businesses. We've already seen a significant increase in turnover at the program's launch. Statistics confirm that with comprehensive support, regional businesses are capable of competing at the federal level," noted Kirill Kamenev, Deputy Director General for Investment Promotion at the FEDC.

Among the most active participants in the program is OPTIPROM-A, a resident of the Arctic Zone of the Russian Federation (AZRF). The resident is implementing a project to establish a furniture production facility in Arkhangelsk.
