Developing entrepreneurial activity in the regions, increasing the production of Russian goods, and creating conditions for promoting domestic brands in domestic and international markets are the key goals of the "Growth Platform" program. In the macroregion, the acceleration program is being implemented by RVB (the United Company of Wildberries and Russ) in collaboration with the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC). The agreement was signed in 2025 at the Eastern Economic Forum. During the program's implementation, the average turnover growth of Far Eastern and Arctic entrepreneurs on Wildberries was approximately 166%.
