Entrepreneurs in the Far East and the Arctic will be taught how to improve productivity at webinars organized by the FEDC

The Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC) is launching a series of webinars on practical tools for solving management problems for entrepreneurs in the Far Eastern Federal District and the Arctic Zone of the Russian Federation. Experts will discuss improving organizational efficiency, enhancing labor productivity, and developing sustainable human resources. The events will run from March to July 2026. Detailed information about the schedule, speakers, and registration is available on the FEDC portal at https://rabota.erdc.ru/vebinars.

"The expert seminars are part of a comprehensive effort to provide employers in the Far East and the Arctic, including residents of priority development areas (ASEZ), the Free Port of Vladivostok (FPV), and the Arctic Zone of the Russian Federation (AZRF), with qualified personnel. The corporation posts resident vacancies on the "Study and Work in the Far East and Arctic" portal, organizes job fairs, and conducts career guidance events at universities and colleges. The upcoming webinars will focus on improving operational productivity, developing management systems that ensure organizational resilience, and implementing balanced incentive models. I am confident that the materials presented will be highly practical in strengthening companies' market positions," said Kirill Klimenko, Director of the FEDC’s Human Resources Development Department.
