The Russian Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC) is continuing with the implementation of its “Far East and Arctic Call-up” project. The project includes a range of measures to provide members of the armed forces who have completed their service under contract or been transferred to the military reserve with information about the employment opportunities offered by leading Far Eastern and Arctic companies. One major factor in encouraging young people to relocate to the Far East or the Arctic, or to stay in those regions, and build a career there is the opportunity to purchase housing under the Far East Mortgage program.
