The site of the “Paratunka” TRC of the “Kamchatka” ASEZ will receive a full range of infrastructure

In accordance with the development plan for the “Kamchatka” ASEZ, a subsidiary of the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC) – FEDC “Kamchatka” – completed the construction of the first stage of the on-site engineering infrastructure at the “Paratunka” tourism and recreation cluster (TRC).

"As part of the first stage, a central pumping station with commercial heat metering units was built, and heating networks were laid to two land plots of prospective residents. A highway, over 5 kilometers long, was built earlier," said Dmitry Belousov, Director of the FEDC’s Construction Department.

In the fourth quarter of 2025, the FEDC’s Exploitation Department completed the technological connection of the “Paratunka” site to the centralized wastewater disposal systems, and the FEDC “Kamchatka” connected it to the heating grid. The site had previously been connected to the centralized water supply and electricity networks.

Construction of the second phase of on-site networks is currently underway, with completion scheduled for 2027. The implementation of this entire complex of measures will provide the necessary infrastructure to seven existing and potential residents of the “Kamchatka” ASEZ.
