A nursery for growing forest planting material will be created by a resident of the ASEZ in the Jewish Autonomous Region

A Far Eastern company engaged in forest restoration, a resident of the “Amuro-Khinganskaya” ASEZ, will create a nursery for growing planting material for reforestation in the territories of the Far Eastern Federal District. The project, worth about 167 million rubles, will be implemented in the Jewish Autonomous Region under an agreement with the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation until 2027. It is planned to build greenhouses and production facilities in stages, as well as to construct open areas for growing seedlings with a closed root system - Daurian larch, and subsequently - cedar and spruce. The new nursery will be located on the territory of the “Shalom” industrial park and will occupy 5 hectares. The launch of the first greenhouse is planned for 2025, and in 2027, the nursery will be put into operation.
