The first recreational facility in Vladivostok's satellite city has received construction permission

The project envisions the creation of a modern complex combining a 150-room hotel, sports infrastructure with indoor tennis courts, padel courts, a fitness center, and a 50-meter swimming pool, as well as health and wellness services – a spa and wellness area. The complex will also feature developed public spaces, including a restaurant and administrative block, walking trails, and recreation areas. Private investment under the agreement with the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC) totals 1.34 billion rubles (868,000 rubles have already been invested), creating 68 jobs. The project is scheduled to open in 2032. As part of the project's further development, the resident invites representatives from the sports and tourism sectors to collaborate. The partnership envisions the joint implementation of initiatives aimed at developing sports and tourism infrastructure, as well as creating new opportunities for residents and visitors to the region. As Sergey Skaly, Deputy Director General of the FEDC for Investment Project Support, emphasized, the “DE-FRIZ RESORT” project is the first recreational facility in the satellite city of Vladivostok, which is being created by the Ministry for the Development of the Russian Far East jointly with the Government of Primorsky Region and the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation, with the participation of private investors.
