The first quarter of 2024 set a record for the issuance of loans in the history of “Far Eastern and Arctic Mortgage”

According to the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC), in the first quarter of 2024, residents of the Far East and Arctic took out 7,328 preferential mortgage loans totaling 37 billion rubles. This is 24% more in terms of the number of contracts concluded and the amount of money than in the same period last year. In addition, the result was the maximum in the entire history of the program. Under the “Far Eastern and Arctic Mortgage” program, over 104 thousand families have already received loans to improve their living conditions at a rate not exceeding 2% per annum. The total amount of funds issued amounted to 470 billion rubles.
