The first private hotel in Norilsk was opened by a resident of the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation

Resident of the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation (AZRF), individual entrepreneur Samvel Antonyan, opened a three-story hotel complex in Norilsk. The project was implemented under an agreement with the Corporation for the Development of the Far East and the Arctic (FEDC) with the assistance of the Norilsk Development Agency (ADN). The investor increased the number of hotel rooms in the city and employed 16 local residents.

The first private hotel in Norilsk "SeverGrand" is located in the very center of the city, on Leninsky Prospekt. On three floors there are 25 rooms of various categories and a restaurant of Georgian cuisine "Pepela", by the autumn it is planned to open a lobby bar.

According to the АУВС, today more than 590 residents are investing in the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation, who have already invested 77 billion rubles in the implementation of projects and created over 6.6 thousand jobs.
