The first residents of the “Yakutia” ASEZ have switched to the general tax regime after the end of the preferential period

For six companies that received resident status in the “Yakutia” ASEZ in 2016, tax breaks have expired. The companies have now begun paying taxes and insurance premiums in full. Over the years, with support from the government and the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC), the companies have not only implemented successful investment projects but also achieved stable performance.

The history of the “Yakutia” ASEZ began in 2015, when a priority development area was established within the “Kangalassy” industrial park. The first companies received resident status in 2016. Six of them—"Teply Krai”, “Yakutsky Boiler Plant”, “Sayuri”, “Sakhaplastek”, “Egoplast”, and “Dalenergostroy-Vostok”—successfully implemented their projects and received the full cycle of tax incentives provided by the ASEZ regime.

Today, these companies are successful market players, whose products are known far beyond Yakutia. For example, “Sayuri” has transformed a small greenhouse complex (0.1 hectares) into a high-tech production facility covering 3.2 hectares. They harvest 6-8 tons of fresh vegetables daily, providing residents of Yakutia with high-quality produce year-round at affordable prices.
