The first electric foil rental network in the Far East is being launched by a Free Port resident

“Flyder RUS” LLC, as a resident of the Free Port of Vladivostok (FPV), is implementing a project to create a network of electric foil rentals in Primorsky Region - high-tech boards for "flying" over water. Sports equipment rental services are already available to residents and guests of Primorsky Region. According to an agreement with the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC), 65.6 million rubles are being invested in the project, and 85 jobs are being created. As explained by Vladimir Kuznetsov, CEO of “Flyder RUS” LLC, electric foils are an innovative water entertainment that combines eco-friendliness, accessibility and the "wow effect". The boards are powered by electricity, are silent and safe for the environment, develop a speed of up to 45 km/h and allow you to ride even in the absence of waves or wind. 80% of beginners master basic skills in 15-30 minutes. The unique bays of the region are ideal for this sport. "The company has already started operating in pilot mode, offering rental of electric foils, life jackets and wetsuits. The first rental point was opened in Vladivostok. Partnership agreements have been concluded with hotels, tour operators and FEFU to integrate the service into tourist programs and corporate events. Within 10 years, we plan to open 12 rental points in key locations, including popular beaches and tourist areas. This will be the first electric foil rental network in the Far East, said Vladimir Kuznetsov. - The status of a resident of the Free Port of Vladivostok, tax breaks and administrative preferences allowed us to start dynamically and will help to implement the project in full. Without government support instruments, it would be difficult to implement our plans, and we aim to make electric foiling an affordable hobby for the middle class and a calling card of Primorye, since we offer equipment for rent at prices half the market price, as well as package services and subscriptions."
