A new resident of the FPV will create a vegetable growing complex with an area of ​​over 100 hectares and a capacity of 3.6 tons

“ROSTOK-DV”, a resident of the Free Port of Vladivostok (FPV) preferential regime, will establish a facility to grow vegetables, herbs, seedlings, pome fruits, and berries in both open and closed ground in the Oktyabrsky District of Primorsky Region. The vegetable production complex will cover over 100 hectares. The first harvest is planned for 2027. Under an agreement with the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC), the project will invest 62 million rubles and create 250 jobs.

The project plans to grow vegetables and other crops in open ground and greenhouses, ensuring year-round production. The complex will include 15 greenhouses, 1,200 square meters each, equipped with irrigation, lighting, and heat sensors. Eight greenhouses will be installed in 2026, and another seven in 2027.
