According to the Corporation for the Development of the Far East and the Arctic, about 10% of land recipients under the «Hectare» program are planning or are already implementing tourism projects on their land. Nikolai Popov from Yakutia became a member of the «Hektar» program in 2019. In October 2020, the first guest house began to operate on the received site. In one year of operation, the camp site has become popular. But in January 2022, a fire broke out at the camp site, and the guest house burned down. However, Nikolai did not abandon the business project. In May 2022, two new guest houses, a garage and a sauna were built. The new camp site was named "Tuigun camp", which means "Excellent camping" in Yakut.
