The official website has published the architecture of the business program of the International Arctic Forum "Arctic: Territory of Dialogue" (IAF), which will be held on March 26-27 in Murmansk under the motto "Live in the North!" The organizer of the Forum is the “Roscongress” Foundation with the support of the Government of the Russian Federation. The business events of the MAF-2025 are divided into four thematic blocks: “The Arctic and the NSR: how to win in the competitive struggle of world routes”, “The Arctic and the NSR: a pole for attracting investments”, “The Arctic and the NSR: development of key settlements”, “International cooperation and ecology”. The International Cooperation and Ecology track will examine issues of interaction between countries, strategies for cooperation between the state and business in the humanitarian and environmental spheres. Special attention will be paid to science, in particular, geotechnical monitoring and measures to adapt to permafrost melting processes will be discussed. The results of the International Scientific and Practical Conference "The Universe of the Polar Bear: Effective Cooperation in the Arctic", which will be held on the eve of the Forum, March 18–21, will also be presented at the IAF. This year, the conference will be held under the auspices of the International Arctic Forum at venues in Moscow, Anadyr, St. Petersburg and Yakutsk, and a teleconference will also be organized for the Arctic regions. The business program includes meetings of the commissions of the State Council of the Russian Federation on the areas of "Northern Sea Route and the Arctic", "Efficient Transport System" and "International Cooperation and Export".
