Participants of the second stream of the “Tsiolkovsky 2030” program for teachers of Far Eastern schools have been identified

The organizers of the professional retraining program for school management teams "Tsiolkovsky 2030" have summed up the results of the selection of participants in the second stream of the project. The initiative, implemented by the Blagoveshchensk State Pedagogical University (BSPU) and the National Research University Higher School of Economics (HSE) with the support of the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC) and the Ministry for the Development of the Russian Far East, unites school management teams and teachers from all regions of the Far Eastern Federal District.

The “Tsiolkovsky 2030” program is aimed at forming a personnel reserve for school education, developing management competencies, creating and implementing school development programs that improve the quality of education in the region. The project was launched in 2024 with the participation of teams from five Far Eastern Federal District subjects and demonstrated high efficiency - the participants developed projects aimed at solving key challenges, such as personnel needs and early professional orientation of young people.
