One of the largest logistics terminals in the Far East, the “Dry Port of Blagoveshchensk”, has been put into operation at the “Amurskaya” ASEZ

The ceremonial opening of the first stage of the multifunctional railway terminal complex "Dry Port Blagoveshchensk" took place as part of the “AmurExpo-2026” events. The project is being implemented by “Oktet Service”, a resident of the “Amurskaya” ASEZ. The complex's initial capacity is 520,000 tons of cargo per year, and with the development of the first stage, it is planned to double its throughput by 2030. Under an agreement with the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC), over 1.3 billion rubles have already been invested in the project, with the announced investment volume reaching 3.8 billion rubles.

The project involves the phased development of railway infrastructure at the Berezovsky-Vostochny station of the Trans-Baikal Railway for the transshipment of containerized cargo to support freight traffic between Russia and China. Part of the “Amur Corridor” project, it integrates the infrastructure facilities of the “Kanikurgan” Customs and Logistics Terminal, also built within the “Amurskaya” ASEZ, and the Blagoveshchensk Trade Port into a unified logistics system.

The terminal handles the receipt and dispatch of container trains, carloads of containers, and containers in gondola cars. It also stores containers on-site for minor repairs, consolidates cargo shipments, and organizes road delivery throughout the Amur Region. The facility has the capacity to simultaneously store 750 TEUs and receive two container trains per day. By 2030, the container capacity will be expanded to 15,000 TEUs, and a logistics hub and technology park will be established on the terminal's premises.
