New educational program of the FEDC to attract employees to enterprises of residents of the Russian Arctic

The Far East and Arctic Development Corporation (FEDC) has opened advanced training courses in personnel management for employees of human resources services and managers of enterprises – residents in the Arctic Zone of the Russian Federation (AZRF). FEDC is implementing the project “HR-school for residents of the Russian Arctic” together with “Synergy” University. As part of the educational course, students undergo training programs “Human Resources Department” and “HR Work in a Modern Organization.” To date, about 100 people have become participants in the project, representing over 50 enterprises - residents of the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation. Experts prepared the course program based on requests from HR services of Arctic enterprises. “The educational course will be held on the LMS platform “ONE” and will consist of a series of video lectures, webinars and practical exercises, as well as group teamwork, master classes with experts and final certification. The training takes place from October 18 to November 15, 2023. After successfully completing the full course, the participant will receive a certificate of advanced training,” said Larisa Obidina, director of the center for additional education at “Synergy” University and head of the project “HR school for residents of the Russian Arctic.”
