The company won the 2nd Competition for the Best Projects to Create a Comfortable Urban Environment for the Regions of the Far East, and in 2026, it successfully implemented the Cultural Park project in Neryungri, Sakha Republic (Yakutia). Gasan Gasanbalaev also recalled that a directory of small architectural forms (SAF) manufacturers and plant nurseries has been prepared for municipalities, regional competence centers, and government bodies in the Far Eastern Federal District. This tool helps simplify the process of attracting contractors for landscaping programs and support small and medium-sized businesses in the region, including individual entrepreneurs working in landscape design.
